Founder Director Mr. Uday J. Desai has been with Frost International
since its inception in 1995, first as a partner in Metachem and then as the
initial promoter of the company. A science graduate, he also holds a
Masters degree in Business Administration, and it is his vision combined
with his business acumen that has been instrumental in helping Frost
International increase trade in a large portfolio of commodities across
various countries, globally. Mr. Desai plays a key role in finance,
procurement, marketing and public relations.
Having initiated Frost International Limited's first export to Moscow, Russia, he has over the years
developed his core area of expertise in multi-commodity exports. His travels across the globe and
keen insight into market and trade dynamics are what propel Frost International Limited towards
becoming a global Company.
Founder Director Mr. Sunil Verma has been with Frost International since
inception in May 1995, first as a partner in Metachem and then as the initial
promoter of the company. A science graduate, he also holds a bachelors
degree in Law, and has played a key role in the Administration, Accounts &
Taxation, Human Resource Management and Operations for Frost
International Limited. Additionally, he is also involved in social and
philanthropic work.

Founder Director, Mr. Anoop Kumar Wadhera has been a part of Frost
International since its inception in May 1995. A science graduate, he also
holds a Masters degree in business administration and oversees the
functioning of International Marketing Division and the operations of the
Head Office of the company, based at New Delhi. His unparalleled
networking and relationship management skills have ensured that Frost
International's interactions with customers and various parts of the
Government are fruitful and productive. His knowledge of legal contracts
and documentation is key to Frost International's success. His legal
acumen and expertise has been a great asset to Frost International.
Mr. Sujay Desai joined Frost International in 2006, learning the ropes and
making significant contributions to the Company before being elected as
an Additional Director by the Board and his appointment as Director and
CEO in July, 2011. He is instrumental in driving the Company's business
strategy, fiscal planning, procurement, forex, marketing and human
resource initiatives.

Mr. Krishnavadan Popatlal Shah is an independent, non-executive director since February, 2010. Mr.

Sandhya Swarup (Director)
Mrs. Sandhya Swarup has been appointed as an Independent Woman Director in the company since
September 2014 and is also a member of our CSR Committee. She possesses appropriate skills and
experience in the field of Management and Administration. She is a LLB graduate and the company
seeks her expertise and foot-hold in legal affairs.
Ajay Kumar Saraogi (Director)
Mr. Ajay Kumar Saraogi is an independent, non-executive director since February 2010, and also
serves as the Chief Financial Officer of JK Cement Ltd., a leading player in the Indian cement industry.
Mr. Saraogi brings with him a long and varied experience of industry and trade, besides finance and
administration.
Prabhjot Singh (Director)
Mr. Prabhjot Singh is an independent, non-executive director at Frost International. A second-
generation businessman, he brings to the Board over three decades of entrepreneurial experience
