How do the Q12 relate to your Vision of engagement?
This slide illustrates that each of the Q12 questions lines up with a pyramid that leads to total engagement. It is critical that before you try to impact the top of the pyramid you have created a strong base.
Exercise: Using the Q1-6 questions – break group into 3’s and have each group take one or more of the questions (depending on number in the session – District players, break into 2ppl per grp with 3 questions) and discuss what things they could do as people managers right now to impact our ability to achieve the Vision we’ve been working out. Then have each group share their findings.

DM – does with the perspective of his ‘client group’ being the GM team and District Team members
DHRM – associate and managers as groups
DSDM – DSMs and Sales Team
DOM – Ops Mgrs and Ops team
DLPM – Ops mgrs and Ops teams
