                                                                    Trent Ltd. has entered into an MOU with Spanish group Inditex to develop and
                                                                    promote Massimo Dutti stores in India. As per the MOU signed, ZARA Holding BV (an
                                                                    Inditex Group company) would hold 51% and Trent Ltd., would hold 49% in the
                                                                    proposed JV Company.

                                                                    Ashok Leyland, which rolled out its light commercial vehicle (LCV) 'Dost' on last Friday,
                                                                    has set a target of 140,000 vehicles for the next three years. Though the 'Dost' was
                                                                    jointly developed along with its Japanese partner Nissan, it was manufactured at Ashok
                                                                    Leyland's Hosur facility.

                                                                    With 30 per cent market share in the inverter batteries at present, Exide Industries is
                                                                    eyeing a growth of 2-3 per cent market share in inverter batteries this year with the
                                                                    launch of new batteries.
