A study (a) in California carried out by the Kaiser Permanent Division of Research suggests that
pregnant women should avoid all caffeinated drinks (b) and cola. The researchers found that
just two cups of instant coffee per day can double the risk of miscarriage (25%) compared to
women who consume no caffeine (12%).

For those who are not involved in the sport, it isn’t really a sport at all and it has
always been plagued by accusations of steroid abuse. You won’t see it in the
Olympic Games or on the sports channels on TV.
The great stars are completely unheard of outside their own world and most of us
find these people revolting to look at. It seems pointless and dangerous because of
the very special diet that is required.
The top stars are strong, but not fit, and when competitions take place, the
athletes will be physically weak, not having eaten any fat or sugar for weeks. There
seems to be nothing objective about the judging, which is more like a beauty
contest than a sporting event.
But for those who succeed in this strange world, the rewards can be substantial.
Prize money of over 100,000 British pounds is just the start. But the big money
