Dear Mr. Smith,
Thank you for your recent letter about your experience at Paul Brown Stadium. As a
long-time fan, we value your support of the team and work hard to offer a positive
fan experience for all fans.
In regards to your letter about the incident with one of our ushers at our home game
on December 5, I want to apologize to you and your family on behalf of the
organization. I have identified the usher in question and have spoken to him
personally about the situation. I can assure you that it will not happen again and we
have re-assigned the usher to a non-fan contact position.
On behalf of the Cincinnati Bengals, I hope you will accept this signed team football to
share with your family. We appreciate your interest in the team and hope you will
return to a home game to support the team.
Sincerely,
Director of Fan Relations
