On behalf of Cole Real Estate Holdings, LLC (“CREH”), I am pleased to provide you with our attached
Marketing & Strategic Business Plan and extend to you an opportunity to invest in real estate the “No
Hassle” way. As the pace of life seems to be getting faster, business executives and professionals continually
struggle to manage their real estate investments amidst their busy business schedule and still maintain
much-needed time away from work to devote to family, friends, and other interests. This is an excellent

the investment for which a fixed rate of return on investment (“ROI”) will be paid to the investor.
CREH proposes to provide investors with a fixed 12.0% annual ROI secured by stable investments in
metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia residential real estate. Unlike other speculative real estate markets throughout
the United States, Atlanta has maintained minimal property depreciation and has historically recorded
consistent long-term real estate appreciation rates.
