2.  Available to us there are two different
types of Apple Macs, during our
preliminary task we used the older model
which we struggled with as software
such as Imovie was out-dated. Therefore
when it came to our final AS piece we
decided to use the more recent model
of Apple Macs, this had a more
understandable version of Imovie and as
a group we found it more user friendly.

3.  After filming the first part of our final AS
piece we decided to experiment with
the Mac to learn what was available to
us. During this we discovered the
stabilizing tool which had a huge effect
on some shots such as the establishing
shot and the tracking shot where it
follows the boys feet. We also learnt to
correct blurred shots which was also very
helpful.

5.  The camera and tripod were essential
during production. We decided to not
borrow a camera and use our own
Cannon as it allowed us to have total
control of it and use it when and where
we wanted too. The tripod allowed us to
learn to do steady tracking shots. We
also learnt that the adjustable legs
allowed us to make the camera flat on
uneven ground which was really helpful.
