This document describes several patients presenting with different neurological symptoms. A 33-year-old woman has bi-frontal and bilateral headaches. A 79-year-old woman's symptoms began with intermittent decreased responsiveness and she is now stuporous. A 57-year-old female has hoarseness and difficulty swallowing. A 15-year-old male has a history of strokes. A 44-year-old male's neurological problems began in 2000 with progressive hearing loss and vertigo, and he later noticed left facial drooping.
