     Have some oatmeal with a little honey and cinnamon
     sprinkled at the top, but not the pre-packaged sugary
 garbage you should purchase, just plain oatmeal, and raw
       honey. What about a spinach omelet with a bit of
  sprouted grain toast, or possibly a part of sprouted grain
toast with some nut butter, if you have limited time before
