- 8. Bursary Programme 2009-2010 academic year saw a total of 911 applications awarded to needy students for post secondary education for a total of $428,000 Additional Bursaries from the Poppy Funds amounted to $604,428.25 Other donations from Poppy funds in the amount of $4,225,735.20
- 9. Affordable Housing RCL Ontario command are sponsors and facilitators for low rental housing for senior citizens
- 11. Hospital Donations Donations of special equipment and furnishings to hospitals not covered by hospital budgets, from television sets to new vehicles totally over $766,000
- 12. Special Care Branch and LA Members routinely visit Veterans in hospitals and continue to supply comforts and entertainment to enhance their quality of life
- 13. Sponsor Youth programs Sponsorship to Cubs, Scouts, Guides, Cadets and other Youth programmes Money spent for Youth programmes was over $1.1 million, this doesn't include money from the Poppy Funds
- 17. Branches have over 7000 volunteer staff and employed over 1,200 full and part time staff
