Agenda The Key issue drill down time will focus on areas relative to these topics and working group expectations: - Impact on internal operations and external constituencies - Ability to help differentiate Pardes from others in the marketplace - Revenue enhancement or expense reduction impact - Efficiency and operating benefit (alleviate bottlenecks) - Human resources requirements - Funding requirements - Organizational ideology and pedagogy impact - Equipment / Facilities / Infrastructure needs - Alignment to overall mission and strategic goals - Timeline to implement - Identify other expert resources needed if any to accomplish working group goals
