A deck prepared for a product owner at a large mobile operator.
The project initially kicked-off with a strong feature-centric requirements and design approach. This presentation shows some of the results of introducing a user-centred approach.
In this presentation, the personas and their defining needs are mapped to and converted into a preliminary visual language. A moodboard is included which captures the product experience "attitude" required to satisfy all three personas.
The deck concludes with the first visual designs for the product.
The product was launched in 2007 for France Telecom.
