• Past 20 years dedicated to coaching young players
• 2001 Founded Young Masters Golf
• 850 Golf clubs
• 1,500 PGA professionals
• 80,000 junior golfers involved
• 1 million hours of coaching
• Founder of Bitesize Golf
• Golf Development Ambassador to Costa Rica of behalf of
the R and A

4. KEY OBJECTIVES
• To help golf coaches in the specialised field of
junior coaching
• The establish a development pathway
• Introduce a ‘first-touch’ programme to help
grow the game
• Work with talented youngsters of various age
groups to help them improve their game and
their understanding of the game
• Work in local schools to introduce the game
to a new generation of potential players
• Establish key relationships and offer help,
support and mentoring on an ongoing basis
