- 2. Good News This Year!!
• There will be no plan or rate changes to any of your Health, Dental, Basic
Life and Disability plans.
• Dependents up to age 26 are eligible to be on your plan whether or not they
are married, living with you, in school, or financially dependent on you.
• Preventative care visits are covered at 100%...You pay nothing!
• Enrollments can now be completed online.
• Full-time employees will now have the option of purchasing voluntary life
insurance to supplement their employer-paid basic life insurance benefit
during the open enrollment period.

If you are a full-time employee and not currently
enrolled in UAC’s medical benefits or want to enroll a
spouse or dependent(s):
• Please contact the Human Resources
Department for appropriate enrollment forms.

If you are not making any changes to your current plan elections please follow
these steps to participate in Open Enrollment online:
• Log on to the https://portal.adp.com Web site.
• Complete the following fields on the Login page:
• Select User Login
• Enter Login/User Name
• Enter Password
• Click OK to proceed to the Welcome screen.
• Click on the My HR and Benefits link within the Quick Links section of the portal and select
Employees and Manager, Benefits and then Review/Change Benefits.
• A wizard-based Enrollment Tool begins the Enrollment process. The following three benefit
enrollment options are available:
• Walk me through this process
• I know the changes I want to make
• Review my benefits coverage
Select “Walk me through this process”.
Click on “Continue” to proceed to the next plan option until you reach the Benefits Summary
page and click on “Accept with No Changes”. Please note, you will have to re-enter your
FSA deduction amount even if you wish keep the amounts the same.

If you wish to change your current plan elections please follow these steps to participate in
Open Enrollment online:
• Log on to the https://portal.adp.com Web site.
• Complete the following fields on the Login page:
• Select User Login
• Enter Login/User Name
• Enter Password
• Click OK to proceed to the Welcome screen.
• Click on the My HR and Benefits link within the Quick Links section of the portal and select
Employees and Manager, Benefits and then Review/Change Benefits.

If you wish to delete a dependent or spouse from your current plan elections
please follow these steps to participate in Open Enrollment online:
• Log on to the https://portal.adp.com Web site.
• Complete the following fields on the Login page:
• Select User Login
• Enter Login/User Name
• Enter Password
• Click OK to proceed to the Welcome screen.
• Click on the My HR and Benefits link within the Quick Links section of the portal and select
Employees and Manager, Benefits and then Review/Change Benefits.
• A wizard-based Enrollment Tool begins the Enrollment process. The following three benefit
enrollment options are available:
• Walk me through this process
• I know the changes I want to make
• Review my benefits coverage
Select “Walk me through this process”.
Click on the coverage level, ie. yourself or yourself and child/children and select the
dependent(s) you wish to keep on the plan and click on “Continue” until you reach the Benefit
Summary page and click on “Submit to Administrator”.
