Online Event Registration
We will build you a customised registration page that can link
from your main site, or we can give you a registration
“micro” site. This registration forms the first part of the data
capture process.
Delegates & visitors can register on the day and enter
automatically too. They can also register after the ‘live’ part
has finished and access the on-demand assets at their
leisure.
We can also include specific registrations for each different
session that you decide to run through your online event
platform giving you an extremely flexible solution.

Logging on
The online platform can be accessed from your own site
and will be hosted on our Amazon servers.

Each registered delegate has their own profile into which they are able to upload and display information about
themselves, including their social media credentials, for others to connect with them. Each delegate can view
and search for any other visitor present in the online event thus creating the ideal networking situation.

The landing page
The place where the delegate starts their online event experience. Anything is possible, depending on the way we want
delegates to “feel” as they arrive. From an impressive corporate entrance hall to a humble office reception desk - its all a
matter of the first impression you want to make.

Auditorium
Live or pre recorded presentations can be streamed
directly into the online auditorium where the online
audience will be able to view each session.

Live chat
Each streamed session can have a live chat tab for
visitors to interact with each other and ask the presenter
questions in real time during the presentation.

Viewing
Each session can be toggled to full screen mode by
viewers allowing for presentations to be viewed on large
screens for multiple viewers e.g. groups who’ve formed
a parallel Face to Face meeting at their place of work
and who want to view and take part in the online event.
Sessions can be delivered with a live slide show
presentation streamed alongside the presenter (right).
Recordable and Shared
All live sessions can be placed for viewing in the On-demand Archive instantaneously and as you require. Any
delegate, who may have missed the presentation, can access this at any time. These sessions can also be sent on
email, embedded into websites or shared via social media ensuring that your event content can be shared to a
much greater audience if required.

Personal programme
Delegates can sign up for their
own live presentation schedule
in the Lecture Hall. Video can be
streamed ‘as live’ with visitors
being able to ask questions via
the live web-chat function.
Afterwards we can also move
the delegates into a separate
networking area to maintain the
buzz of interest either as live
web-chat or in a discussion
forum. Incoming social media
commentary via twitter can also
feature here. Reminders can be
included for all sessions -
delegates just click and it
uploads into their outlook or i-cal
applications on their PC’s.

Each booth representative can have 24/7 access to manage their booth via their own web interface admin panel.
This gives them the ability to change the stand content as often as they like in minutes; video content, social media feeds
and live web chat
are all managed here.
A ‘contact’ function allows visitors to contact representatives outside the ‘live’ session via an email widget.
Real time analytics is included on each stand to log who visited and what was viewed and/or downloaded including a
transcript of all the web

Online Events (such as FB live music streams) is now a recognised and measurable form of Brand
Exposure. Therefore, we can design various tiers of packages, made possible by the flexible nature of the
platform.
Sponsors have the option to host their own webcasts within the Auditorium, or simply host a discussion
group within their booth.
Booths need not be booths as such! They can be made to look like an Ambulance, a CRT scanner, or just
even an examination room.
Booths can be customised and increased in size according to the package. Throughout the online
environment, numerous sites exist to display Sponsor Banners; individual way finding signs can be branded;
pre & post event emails are another opportunity for branding.
