I look forward to seeing some new and familiar faces in a couple of
weeks at our first meeting. I was glad to hear from many of you and I
have added some new names to our email and home mailing list. Thank
you again for contacting me.
As I mentioned in last month’s newsletter, our new meeting place is
Ann Arbor Center for Independent Living (AACIL). They are in a great
location and have several community resources that you may be able to
benefit from.
Mark Your Calendars
As of now, our monthly meetings will be held the third Wednesday of each
month from 5:30 – 7 p.m., with the first meeting being August 20. As our
program and the seasons change, we will see what day and time works best
for the attending members.
Our first meeting is a Meet and Greet Ice Cream Social sponsored by Cold
Stone Creamery on August 20, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. This is a great
