syndrome ?

• symptoms: shorter thinner than rest of the
family and dilated blood vessels redding of
skin and sensitive to sun exposure
• increased risk of cancer (any cancer)

parent but both parents have no symptoms

• 1 in 50,000
• Approximately one-third of people with Bloom
syndrome are of Ashkenazi Jewish descent.

• bone marrow transplant is a possibility
• otherwise no cure
