GSR2R have teamed up with professional personal trainer and fitness expert
Brooke Miller, who has a real affinity with the challenges facing people in the
fast paced recruitment industry. Brooke Miller worked in recruitment for ten
years, both in Australia and the UK, before studying to become a fitness trainer
and launching her own personal training business. She is a Certified Exercise
Professional, who works with people in both one to one and group workout
sessions, helping them meet their fitness goals.
Brooke says she is excited to work with groups from her former industry
because, in her words: “I understand the demands of a busy recruitment role
and know that being fit and healthy will help you get through those busy and
demanding days in the office.”
Brooke Miller has designed sessions that are suitable for people of all fitness
levels, and allow participants to work at their own pace while still getting the
benefits of training in a supportive group setting. These sessions include work
to strengthen the core muscles, high intensity interval training to work muscles
and boost cardiovascular health, and training that focuses on strength and

endurance. Training in the outdoor park setting also helps to keep the sessions
refreshing, fun and social, giving busy London professionals a chance to get
