overlooked. These professionals often have years of headhunting skills and
know ‘every trick in the book.’ Whilst you’re searching for the right company to
embrace in your recruitment career search, a good representative probably
already has the heads up on that organisation. It’s easy to accept a role in a
recruitment firm too quickly, for reasons such as distance, convenience or
financial; but what if you don’t like it? What if your personality does not match
