Foaming Agents of two types are available
in the market.
FOAM CONCRETE MIXERS
Foam Mixer is used in Light Weight Concrete Block
Manufacturing Plant and these are manufactured and
supplied by Gaurav Enterprises. This Mixer consists
of in-built water discharging system apart from
Digital Weighing Scale. The structure of the Mixer is
made of high gauge steel. The Shaft and other parts
are made of alloy steel to bear high pressure of loads.

3. Foaming Agent
Foam producing substance is called Foaming Agent,
which is used in the manufacture of cellular concrete.
This is a fully biodegradable protein-based concentrate,
and when diluted in water and poured in Foam
Generator and compressed with air, fine foam is
generated and forms stable bubbles, which provides
necessary porosity to the concrete
CLC Mould
