2. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Retro is a store that specializes in urban wear designers and
collections from local and upcoming designers. The designers that
will be promoting are Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier, Luxurie for
Women by LRG, Rock & Republic, Frankie B. and Joes Jeans;
also feature brands from Mico Dezno and Latasha. My partner and
I will focus on outgoing contemporary customers. He or she is into
artistic everyday wear that could express the their personality. Our
shopping bags are one of a kind and will serve as advertising as
well as reminders to customers to come back and shop again.
By educating ourselves and our sales staff with product
knowledge; more over, keeping up with changing fashion trends
our business will be plentiful. Most important, we will advertise
through different mediums around the community. We want to
keep in close contact with our customers to make them feel
welcome and continue to shop with us.

3. MISSION STATEMENT
Our number one priority is to ensure our customer feel
comfortable and has an unforgettable experience. The goal is for
customers to be able to express themselves through their clothing,
which represents their style.
ABOUT THE STORE
The location of the store is in International Mall, which is located
in Tampa, Florida. The reason of having such a wide range of
target customers is to help bring in more clientele and help the
business to grow. The ability to have exactly what a customer’s
desire and need is the first step to sales success. Retro is a store
that represent artistic designers. The approach is for customers to
get the feel that all variety of art can be a style of fashion.

children’s apparel in Allentown PA. Not only a full-service sewing
contractor, but they also provide cutting, reworking, finishing and
packaging facilities. They manufactured garments from cutting,
finishing and tailored to meet your specifications. Their turn-
around time is 2 to 4 weeks. Starting fee is at $125.00. Their
minimum production is 500 pieces per style, that includes all sizes
that can be negotiated.

they manufacture and source materials that both are durable and
distinctive. They fabrics are from 100% cotton, 100% organic,

shipping arrives within 6 business days. American apparel is a
well known company that not only sales their own products but
has their own manufacturers.

Their return policy is that the customer can do exchanges within 10
days of purchase and no returns for cash. Their special services are
alterations, shipping, layaway, special orders and gift certificates.

Their major products are as follows: Clothing, shoes, belts, jewelry,
footwear, handbags, leather, watches, swimwear (in season) and
eyewear. They featured their own brand. The company’s return
policy is, customers have a month to return merchandise, but must
have receipt and tags attached. Their special services only gift

Their major product they carry is their private line INC
(International Concepts), also other brands like Ed Hardy.
Customers can have a choice or refunds or exchanges available
within 30 days with receipt. Exchanges only without receipt and
gift cards are available in the amount of $25-$500.
