Digital What?? In its most basic definition, it is the gap between people with effective access to digital and information technology and those without it.

One Laptop Per Child Goal is to change the digital divide Encourage children to get engaged in their own education “Learn, share, create, and collaborate.” They become connected to each other, to the world and to a brighter future.
