Intro to Trig

1. The are the six different ratios of the sides of a right triangle. These ratios do not
depend on the size of the right triangle. They depend only on the measures of the
acute angles in the triangle.
Three of these ratios you have seen before. They are:
Sine
Cosine
Tangent
The 3 new ratios are the reciprocals of Sine, Cosine, and Tangent.
Cosecant Secant Cotangent
