Some of our recent programs include… dialogue and leadership training for youth and teachers from Bosnia and Herzegovina the Indonesian Youth Leadership programs programs for Iraqi youth and dialogue between religious and social leaders in the US & Indonesia Leadership Development As a result of our programs, citizens are more invested in their communities, and equity, respect, and a culture of participation become the standard.

Helping people to help themselves Many of our leadership development programs include mini-grant projects for community improvement One example; is this project in which three alumni of our Bosnia and Herzegovina program used their mini-grant to organize fellow classmates to go to an orphanage in Mostar four days a week to do recreational and social activities with the orphans
