Michigan Ave Elementary School in Saint Cloud, Florida received assistance from Home Depot volunteers with various cleanup and improvement projects. Over four days, 15 Home Depot employees pressure washed buildings, raked debris, and picked up trash around the school grounds. Future planned projects include painting the theater stage and paving muddy pathways between classrooms. The volunteer organizer reflected that even partial completion of the projects was worthwhile and hopes the entire initiative can positively impact both the school and local community.
