year 1: did everything figured out why there are business cards
Sony Ericsson called us we were freaking amazing at building it
why? a “hobby” lesson #1: be good at something
we were “hustlers”= re-invented the wheel of making business…
we were honest, hard working, liked customers, liked problems
and liked communicating things lesson #2: communicate
but most of all: we were a great team how?
lesson #3: be a nice person network things “just took off”
samsung motorola nokia google etc honestly till 2010
180 people amazing people we hired bosses smart people
but most of all: smart & nice people 2010: 13% of all phones…
then Blackberry $150m and we just wanted to work together
