16. Breakfast: juice (with residue)
• 2 apples
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of water
• 3 teaspoons of flaxseed oil

• Carrot, kale, parsley, cucumber, zucchini,
lettuce, cabbage, purslane, celery, bean sprouts,
black fungi, garlic, ginger.

rice, millet, buckwheat, gluten-free grains.

• Chicken, fish (low mercury breeds), minced beef.
