1. DUPLEX & MULTI STRAINERS / FILTERS
A duplex or multi basket strainer can operate continuously and never has to be shut down for
cleaning. This type of basket strainer has two separate strainer basket chambers, not just one like
a simplex strainer. These chambers are put into service independently. When one basket
chamber becomes full, the flow is switched to the other one. The strainer basket is then removed
from the out-of-service chamber, cleaned and replaced, ready for use again.
2. SIMPLEX STRAINER / FILTER
Simplex Strainers are installed into systems that can be shut down for basket cleaning or change
out.
3. SELF CLEANING STRAINER / FILTER
Automatic self-cleaning strainers are commonly used on water service where the disposal of
debris and backwash water is not a problem. Continuous flow is assured and protection is
provided for nozzles, pumps, valves, heat exchangers and other process equipment. These high
quality strainers can also successfully handle other fluids such as white water, black liquor,
starch, fuel and lubricating oil, caustic solutions and cooking oils. A determining factor in these
cases is the recycling of the backwash fluid. Automatic self-cleaning strainers will significantly
reduce maintenance costs and provide uninterrupted flow. They are a particularly worthwhile
investment where solids loading are high or upset conditions occur. Frequent cleaning and
servicing of manual strainers is costly and, if not properly done, serious disruptions to the entire
piping system can occur. Also, they are an ideal solution for maintenance problems where the
strainer is in an inaccessible or remote location. Automatic strainers can easily replace duplex
basket strainers.
4. BACK WASH STRAINER / FILTER
Backwash duplex filters are essentially duplex filters with difference. Sure, it is usual one working
and other standby unit. But after change over upon one of unit choking, no need of opening of the
unit for cleaning. The choked filter can be simply backwashed for cleaning and thus will be ready
for next change over, all without opening. Backwashing Strainer / filters are known for minimizing
operator exposure and the backwash fluid is ideal for hazardous environment. These
backwashing water filters are available in both manual as well as automatic mode. They are
noted for reduced process downtime and maintenance cost with increased productivity.

SELF CLEANING STRAINERS

specifically designed for use in applications where an automatic cleaning strainer is required to
ensure process continuity. They are very useful for applications where suspended solid load is
comparatively high. They are also useful for filtration of highly viscous material and slurry-based

Back wash type self cleaning filters work on a flow direction of outside to inside. Unfiltered fluid
enters into filter housing through bottom tangential inlet connection. Contaminants are deposited
on the outer surface of filter elements and clean filtrate passes through inside diameter of
element and removed through the top tangential outlet. Users can set their differential pressure
data within control panel. Once the differential pressure across the system reaches the pre-
defined level of pressure drop, inlet and outlet valves shut down and the drain and backwash
valves open for defined interval of time. During this process, debris deposited on outer surface of
element shall be drained out and collected through bottom drain. This cycle continues as per pre-
defined settings and process requirements.

MAGNETIC FILTER

PAPER BAND FILTER
Our paper band filters are universally deployable felt filter units for the separation of hard
substances from aqueous mediums. This System consists of two circular disc wheels duly
mounted on central pipe connecting to hollow shaft. This keeps rolling on honey comb belt
on the disc axis. Filter media is allowed to pass between disc and the honey comb belt with
no relative motion. So perfect sealing is achieved for zero leakage and efficient Filtration.
The dirty coolant is allowed to enter through the centre hollow shaft having multiple pouring
slots inside for uniform distribution over the filtration bed. Good hydrostatic head results
in building up of dirt Layer Cake with itself enhance the filtration efficiency. As soon as the
dirty coolant increase it touches the sensor level, the level sensor signals geared motor to
drive the Honey Comb Belt Allowing the new media to pass gradually inside for fresh
filtration and at the same time to remove the used media along with the dirt cake. Filtered
coolant comes out at the bottom in to the clean tank for pumping back to the machine.

FLAME ARRESTER
We are one of the finest Flame Arrester Manufacturers in India. A flame arrester is a
safety device whose principal purpose is to prevent a flame entering or leaving a pipe
or vessel or to prevent it travelling further down a pipe. In many cases it is used in
conjunction with other components to create a safety system. A flame arrester uses
an element with small apertures which allows gas or vapour to pass. If the apertures
are smaller than the maximum experimental safe gap (MESG) for the gas or vapour
then a flame cannot pass through the arrester, and is subsequently contained or
extinguished.A flame arrester functions by forcing a flame front through channels too
narrow to permit the continuance of a flame. These passages can be regular, like wire
mesh or a sheet metal plate with punched holes, or irregular, such as those in random
packing.
There are different types of flame arrester, each of which is designed to handle certain
conditions. It is essential that the flame arrester is correctly specified to ensure that a
flame is extinguished (or properly contained) and that an explosion is prevented from
propagating through the equipment. The first step in specifying a flame arrester is to
determine the location of the potential ignition source. Only when this has been
established can one start to understand what is to be protected and how.

1. DEFLAGRATION ARRESTORS
The deflagration arrestors are generally used with group I gases. These gases do not
have the detonation characteristics.
2. DETONATION ARRESTER
If the gases belong to II A, IIB and IIC group with high detonation characteristics and
flame front traveling at speed exceeding Mach 1 (supersonic) then the detonation
arresters are advised. Detonation arrestors are also advised in pipelines with high
working temperature of the medium.
3. IN LINE FLAME ARRESTOR
These flame arrestors are used in the pipe line and manufactured for flame
deflagration and Detonation.
4. END OF LINE FLAME ARRESTORS
They are normally used on the storage tanks or for venting the combustible gases into
the atmosphere. The protection of these flame arrestors is generally for Deflagration
only.

‘Y’ TYPE STRAINER

conical filters are design to protection & are known for compact size, robust design, low pressure
drop & easy maintenance. Our filters are with conical strainer also known as suction strainer are
install in housing is generally used on suction side.
The Conical Filters we manufacture are used to filter out pollutants and the sludge particles.
These filters can be fitted in the air box of automobiles, so as to ensure long-life and better
performance of the vehicles. Conical Filters allow the air to flow laterally and thus improve the
combustion process. These filters are made of high-quality raw material due to which they can
withstand harsh conditions. They are used in different makes of vehicles and also market them at
industry leading price.
This special type of filter element can be directly used in the pipelines. It is suitable for any type of
viscous liquid (Lube Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Other Petroleum Oil, Coolant Fluid, Water / Oil Emulsion)
etc.

 MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION:
FILTER ELEMENT: The elements are generally made of perforated sheet & wire mesh of SS-
304, SS-316 etc. as per application. - Other materials available on request.
 SIZES:
Conical strainers are available with or without housing in various material of construction from 1"
NB to 48"NB. Other/Higher sizes available on request.
 FILTRATION RATING:
Filtration rating available from 10 micron to 500 microns
 PRESSURE RATING:
Ranging from 8 to 350 Bar. High-pressure ratings available on request.
