4. ABOUT ME
Working in the field as a consultant for government and private sector projects for more than 15 years
sponsored by various funding agencies such as the EU, IFC, USAID and others. Main focus with
generally the modernization and business process re-engineering for many business sectors in Egypt in
addition to restructuring or public and private sector authorities.
Have long experience in project management, performance management and monitoring / evaluation
through work done with international and local organizations.
Brief of my work;
 Formulation of short / medium term strategy and operational plans for SMEs
 Business process re-engineering, modeling and procedures writing
 Design and implementation of strategic management tools
 Demand and supply analysis for manpower, employments, research and innovation
 Late Focus on SMEs, education, health and Labor market intelligence
 Capacity building in relevant areas such as training for BPR

9. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 I have also participated in short terms projects related to
project management, delivery of systems, business
analysis in a number of industries in Egypt and outside
Egypt not mentioned in the above list. Two interesting
areas currently taken focus are education and health in
Egypt from formulation to implementation of systems.
Also the area of technical and vocational education and
training are currently taken place and there are potential
projects with the ITC and TVET to modernize the
currently running processes to streamline the
intelligence linking jobs and employment with training.

