People preferred Follow Queue system over bus stop (can we have booking seat avaible via sms or via website so they don’t have to wait in the queue , or they can have some system over the bus stop to take there number or book there seat In that case there will be less crowd over the bus stop , and also people can plan what time they can leave there office or there place and also delays of bus and bus arrival information can be message to users Seating should be provided over bus stop Every bus stop should be with shelter and same through out city Every Bus stop can have one small stall where food items and water is available Helpline or customer care number should be available on bus stop Design Ideas

Or online renewal / Bus pass recharge card All the Buses and the Bus stops should have information about different types of tickets and pass Many people commented that bus doors are small , can be made wider First Aid and the Suggestion box should be available in the BUS More Ladies Special bus should be available during working ours Tourist special buses can be introduced.

Airport special buses with luggage keeping facilities Point to point buses can be introduced Express buses can be introduced Handicap special busses with different doors/lift can be introduced Music and entertainments should be available in the bus Announcement for the next stop should be available in the bus Many User commented old bus’s were better than new bus because of seating arrangement and handles inside the bus and the doors were wider many still prefer old bus
