HIV/AIDS Strategy is fully funded and
implemented.
Government Resources have Not Increased
Dramatically for HIV/AIDS.
Government remains a strong partner, but we
must have a New AIDS Activism which is led by
the Courageous Strong Partnership of
Communities of People Living With HIV/AIDS
and Our Allies; Private Sector Corporations;
Academia ; and Government.
