4. • All American Games (AAG) is a sports management and marketing company based in Wharton, NJ. AAG
owns and produces more than 700 of the nation’s premier high school and youth sporting events,
including the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, U.S. Army All-American Marching Band, U.S. Army National
Combine, U.S. Army Coaches Academy, Football University (FBU), Eastbay Youth All-American Bowl, FBU
National Championship, and FBU Top Gun All-Star Camp.
• In the aggregate, All American Games reaches millions of youth and high school athletes annually, as well
as their sphere of influences, through AAG’s numerous events and properties. Each year, athletes around
the world enhance their specific sports abilities and raise their level of play through the elite instruction
and training received through All American Games. The company is uniquely qualified to communicate
and build lasting relationships with their core audiences.
• The Company was founded in 2000 by its president, Rich McGuinness, and is operated by McGuinness and
partner Doug Berman. Rich McGuinness and Berman were recently named to Sports Event Magazine’s
“Innovators & Influencers” list, which spotlights 25 individuals who are influencing sports today and

Marching Band
• Entering its seventh year, the U.S. Army All-American Marching Band is a collection of the premier
musicians and color guard members in the United States
• Students who exhibit exceptional musicianship, marching achievement, character and leadership
prior to their senior year of high school are eligible to be a part of the U.S. Army All-American
Marching Band
U.S. Army All-American Marching Band Members receive the following:
• An all-expenses paid trip to San Antonio to perform as a member of the U.S. Army All-American
Marching Band including airfare, hotel, food, rehearsal gear, performance gear, instrument and
more.
• Opportunity to rehearse and perform alongside the finest high school marching musicians in the
nation for 4 days
• The chance to work with an all-star marching band staff made up of directors from the most

Background
• The U.S. Army National Combine (presented by SKLZ) is an invite
only event that features 500 of the nation’s top underclassman
athletes
• The three-day event is the first opportunity for the nation’s top
underclassmen to demonstrate their physical talent and compete
against one another amongst high school and college football’s
top scouting organizations, as well as the U.S. Army All-American
Bowl Selection Committee
• Modeled after the NFL combine, all combine tests and
competitive drills will take place in the Alamodome.

Background
• The Eastbay Youth All-American Bowl, featuring over 200 of the
top 7th and 8th grade football players, is entering its fifth year and
is considered the Super Bowl of Youth football
• The Eastbay Youth All-American Bowl has been featured on an
episode of the national syndicated, weekly high school sports
magazine show “Sports Stars of Tomorrow,” hosted by legendary
announcer Pat Summerall, which features the top prep athletes,
performances and personalities

• A total of three games make up the Eastbay Youth All-American

18. FBU National Championship Overview
• A cross between the Little League World Series and the NCAA Tournament,
the third annual FBU National Championship will feature 6th, 7th and 8th
grade teams competing in separate 64 team, single-elimination
tournaments in 2013-14
• After battling their way through the initial rounds of the tournament, the
Final Four teams in each bracket will travel to San Antonio to experience
AAG Bowl Week and to play for the right to be called National Champions
• The Championship game in each bracket will be held in the Alamodome in
San Antonio, TX
• The 192 total teams in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade FBU National
Championship tournaments consist of 6,720 total players led by 960 total
coaches and seen by over 50,000 total fans.
2012-13 FBU National Championship Results
• In the finals of the 7th grade FBU National Championship, held at the
Alamodome, a dominant Maryland team was able to overcome NW
Louisiana in the championship game 38-18.
• Team Georgia lifted the trophy in the 8th grade FBU National Championship
tournament, beating Team Colorado 32-6 in the finals to be crowned
National Champions.

21. FBU International Games
Event Overview
• The FBU International Games features top U-19 all-stars from around
the world competing in games as a part of the U.S. Army All-
American Bowl Week celebration.
• The event features a five-team series ending with a semi-final round
and a championship game that is played in the Alamodome in San
Antonio.
• Players are selected by the FBU committee of former NFL players and
coaches, who determine who is selected based off of performance in
FBU North America and FBU International camps held throughout
the year

• In 2013, the inaugural FBU International Games in San Antonio

Event Overview
• An event that debuted in 2013, the FBU Alumni Huddle is a chance
for the Alumni Huddle athletes that have attended past FBU Camps,
Top Gun Camps and/or played in FBU National Championship
Games to experience AAG Bowl Week
• The event allows FBU Alumni Athletes the opportunity to travel to
San Antonio to participate in special training and social events with
many of the top youth and high school athletes in the country

Background
• Football University is a 3-day elite football camp where top
athletes learn from the premier NFL instructors in the country.
• All athletes are nominated by regional scouts and must be invited
to attend Football University
‒ 100 High School athletes per camp (9th-12th grade)
‒ 100 Youth athletes per camp (6th-8th grade)
• Athletes spend three days participating in:

Top Gun Camp
• FBU Top Gun is a series of three-day elite mini-camp, to be
held at Dublin Jerome High School in Dublin, Ohio
• The high school session (9th-11th grade) of the Top Gun camp
will take place from July 18-20 and the youth session (6th-8th
grades) will be July 22-24.
• Both the high school and youth sessions of the Top Gun camp
will each draw ~800 of the elite players in the nation
• Included in the Top Gun camp are seminars and roundtable
discussions on issues like concussions and nutrition and VIP
speakers
• Athletes and their families will converge on Dublin, OH to train
at an elite facility with more than 50 former and current NFL
players, coaches, and FBU instructors.
