 P roject Challenges:

 The Risk on the covered bank was linked to the risk on the
bank, which in turn was linked to the sovereign risk as the
Bank is majority owned by the government. Hence,
evaluation of risk was a bit tricky.
 Any change in house prices would have a significant impact
on the bond value as the underlying assets in the collateral
were house properties. Estimating any such change was a
   challenging task.

 Key P ositives:

 With Axience’s exposure to comprehensive business research,
we were able to do an in-depth analysis of the bank and
   come out with suitable recommendations.
