5. 2.2 NEARSHORE - OFFSHORE
The customer requests a software development to INTECH, the development
project is performed following our process at INTECH’s premises in Saltillo, Mexico.
INTECH takes responsibility for the complete lifecycle of the product, from Customer
Requirement Definition to Customer Product Delivery; including the needed
resources, tools and equipment.
Customer’s satisfaction is guarantied by INTECH, the delivered product includes a
limited support and maintenance period agreed on the project quotation.
Characteristics:
INTECH takes full responsibility of the development project
Customer involvement, practically limited to requirement definition and
product acceptance.
Fixed price agreed well before the project starts
No extra costs involved regardless the actual effort taken
Includes post delivery product support (3rd line) and/or maintenance
