People can now travel, live, and work anywhere in the world thanks to increased connectivity, but language remains a barrier between civilizations. In China especially, where 99% of people only speak Chinese, visitors who don't speak the language face difficulties communicating unless they hire an interpreter, which is expensive, or rely on translation software which may not be compatible or suited to every situation. A proposed solution is to call a phone-based translation service for help with healthcare needs or other situations.
