3. Guided Sightseeing of World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Valley including: Kathmandu
Darbar Square, Swayambhunath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa and Pasupatinath Temple.

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) 45m and Trek to Phakding (2652m) 3hrs
Morning transfer to airport for fly to Lukla is a lifetime experience in itself. During three
hours hike to Phakding are Mani stone walls for sacred in Buddhism, made from hundreds
of stone tablets and giant carved boulders, brilliantly decorated with brightly colored
paints a well-marked trail with green landscape. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m), Trek 6 hrs
The day way will lead via Dudh Kosi, ascending through of pine and oak trees, crossing
this majestic river many times on exciting high suspension bridges loaded with prayer
flags., to the famous village Namche Bazaar and it will be your first breathtaking view of
Mt. Everest, Lhotse (the 4th highest peak in the world), and the beautiful Ama Dablam.

Day 05: Acclimatization Day
This day acclimatizing day to the new altitude before heading off to have next altitude. To
acclimatize, you can visit village the famous climber Sherpa land, most of famous climber
belong this village and on the busy seasonthey run business and go for expedition. The
most important part of this acclimatization is you will be visiting Thamo Monastery itch
made on some part at rock cliff and it is over then 400 years old. If Saturday can be seen
many people in Saturday market for shopping to fulfill their daily needs and only one
shopping market in the surrounding areas.
Day 06: Namche to Dole (4200m), Trek 5 hrs
After leaving Namche Bazar the trail leads gradual ascents the left side to Mongla hill, this
is on of the best view peaks of the Khumbu including Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama
Dablam and others peak and decending to Porche Thanga. After havening lunch will be
continue ascent to Dole. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 07: Dole to Machhermo (4470m), Trek 4 hrs
4. Today we climb to the scenic ridge above the Dole and the trail continues climbs via
Lhabarma at 4220m to Luza at 4360m. The trail continues to climb along the side of the
valley high above the river. Afternoon after reaches and refreshed visit Himalayan rescue
association and IPPG. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 08: Machhermo to Gokyo (4790m), Trek 4hrs
Trail will continue to river side and moraine of the Ngazumpa glacier. It is a steepclimb on
the moraine. Afterwards the trail levels out as it follows the valley past a second lake,
known as Longponga. Enjoy the lake view and after an hour walk will reaches at Gokyo
valley, on the edge of third lake. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 09: Excursion day to fifth Gokyo Lake
Explore to the fifth lake passing another forth lake and enjoy the view. This is an
opportunity to view full part of Mt. Everest and Cho-yu with a lake view in Himalayas
from fifth lake. Northern part you can see the Cho-yu base camp and biggest glacier of the
world named Ngazumpa glacier. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 10: Gokyo to Thangna (4750m) after early Sunrise at Gokyo, Trek 3 hrs
Early morning hike up to Gokyo Ri for the breathtaking panoramic sunrise view of Everest
Himalayas rang mountain including Mt. supper Gokyo valley, the massive Ngozumpa
Glacier and an incredible panoramic view of the whole Khumbu Himalayas, such as giants
as Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Cho-Oyu and Gychung Kang and other peak. After
having a great memories l back an hour’s to Gokyo for breakfast. Trek down and cross
explore the Ngozumpa Glacier and arrival at Thangna. Overnight at guesthouse or tea

Day 11: Thangna to Zongla (4710m) via Cho-La (5420), Trek 7 hrs
The day ill start early morning before sunrise and its tuff day to get top of Cho-La, We
start to climb steeply that is regularly used and easy to follow. It often causes terrible
problems to cross the pass if it is covered by snow. As you reach the top, enjoy the fantastic
view around the high above. Then we descend to the Dzongla. Overnight at guesthouse or
tea house
5. Day 12: Zongla to Gorakshep (4910m), Trek 5 hrs
The trail continues along the moraine of the glacier, with views of Kalapathar and Pumori.
The trail up to the gorakshep is rocky and there are beautiful views of the Everest Base
camp and glacier with scenic Mountain View. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 13: Excursion day to Everest Base Camp (5365m)
Very early start is required to reach the Everest Base Camp. It takes several hours as the
trail weaves its way through ice pinnacles and past the crevasses of the Khumbu Glacier
and enjoy views of the Khumbu Glacier and icefall, where Everest expeditions begin. Then
we hike back to Gorak Shep. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 14: Gorakshep to Pheriche (4200m) after early Sunrise at Kalapather (5550m), Trek 7
hrs
The day starts with early hike up to Kalapattar (5555m) to sunrise, the best viewpoint to
witness of entire south face of Mt. Everest and the surrounded with spectacular Himalayan
range. Then trek back to Gorekshep for hot breakfast and then descend to Pheriche
(4210m). Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 15: Pheriche to Namche (3440m) via Exploring Tengbuche (3860m), Trek 7hrs
Continue walk along to Imja Khola to down hill and climb to Tengboche, descend Pungki
Thanka and complete steepto Kyangjuma, and easiertrail to Namche. Kwangde,
Tawache, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Kantega and Thamserku are just a few of
the Himalayan giants to be seen. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house
Day 16: Namche to Lukla (2800m), Trek 7 hrs
The final day's of trekking follows the Dudh Koshi back down to Lukla and you will take
some rest and celebrate your accomplishment. The small mountain airstrip at Lukla from
where you will catch your return flight to Kathmandu. Overnight at guesthouse or tea
house
Day 17: Fly back to Kathmandu
