An efficient traffic management system is needed in all kinds of roads, such as off roads, highways, etc... Though several laws and speed controller has been attached to the vehicles, Speed limit may vary from road to road. Still Traffic management system faces different kinds of challenges everyday and its being a research area though number of proposals has been identified. Many numbers of methods has been proposed in computer Vision and machine learning approaches for object tracking. In this paper vehicles are identified and detected using a videos that taken from surveillance camera. The objective of the present work is to identification of the vehicles is done by using Computer vision technique and detection of vehicles using Haar cascade classifier. Detecting the vehicles using machine learning and estimating speed is tough but beneficial task. For the past few tears Convolution Neural Network CNN has been widely used in computer vision for vehicle detection and identification. We explore the potential impact of a small fraction of autonomous vehicles on low-level traffic flow dynamics, using novel techniques in model-free deep reinforcement learning. Abstract: Nowadays, with the social progress and economic development, the transport is playing a pivotal role in cities. The main problem is the traffic jams due to vehicle congestion phenomena at intersection. To solve this problem an intelligent traffic control system that continuously sensing and monitoring traffic conditions and adjusting the timing of traffic lights according to the actual traffic load must be implemented. At present , a variety of traffic control has been designed using electrical technologies.Traffic load is highly dependent on parameters such as day-time , season weather and unpredictable situationssuch as accidents, special events or construction activities, these parameters will cause delay on the traffic flow. The traffic system in Libya is still controlled by old fashion ( i.e equally time interval signal control)and no intelligent system used to monitor and control the traffic flow. The scope of this paper is to review the main Intelligent controllerswhich used in smart traffic systems. Keywords: Traffic, Intelligent control, Programmable logic, Neural network, Fuzzy logic

Abstract: Now-a-days the Automatic control has been increasingly implemented for vehicle control system. Especially the steering control is essential for preventing accidents. In the existing systems there is no fully automatic steering control and it has serious problems. When it is made automatic, the system complexity is more. So, the shared steering concept is used in the proposed system to avoid accidents. In this, the position of the road is found using the web camera installed in front of the vehicle which is connected to the PC installed with MATLAB. Using MATLAB the image is processed to check the road characteristics. This paper presents an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) for lane keeping, together with an analysis of its performance and stability with respect to variations in driver behavior. The automotive ADAS proposed is designed to share control of the steering wheel with the driver in the best possible way. Its development was derived from an H2-Preview optimization control problem, which is based on a global driver–vehicle–road (DVR) system. The DVR model makes use of a cybernetic driver model to take into account any driver–vehicle interactions. Such a formulation allows 1) Considering driver assistance cooperation criteria in the control synthesis, 2) improving the performance of the assistance as a cooperative copilot, and 3) analyzing the stability of the whole system in the presence of driver model uncertainty. The developed assistance system improved lane-keeping performance and reduced the risk of a lane departure accident. Good results were obtained using several criteria for human–machine cooperation. Poor stability situations were successfully avoided due to the robustness of the whole system, in spite of a large range of driver model uncertainty.

This work proposes a solution for the output feedback trajectory-tracking problem in the case of an uncertain DC servomechanism system. The system consists of a pendulum actuated by a DC motor and subject to a time-varying bounded disturbance. The control law consists of a Proportional Derivative controller and an uncertain estimator that allows compensating the effects of the unknown bounded perturbation. Because the motor velocity state is not available from measurements, a second-order sliding-mode observer permits the estimation of this variable in finite time. This last feature allows applying the Separation Principle. The convergence analysis is carried out by means of the Lyapunov method. Results obtained from numerical simulations and experiments in a laboratory prototype show the performance of the closed loop system.

In this study, in a computer the dynamic motion modelling of manipulator and control of trajectory with an algorithm this has been tested. First after dynamic motion simulation of manipulator has been made MPC Control. The result in this study we can observe that computed torque method gives better results than MPC methods. So in trajectory control it is approved of using computed torque method. In last part of this study the results are estimated forward development are exemined and suggested. The model predictive control (MPC) technique for an articulated robot with n joints is introduced in this paper. The proposed MPC control action is conceptually different with the trajectory robot control methods in that the control action is determined by optimising a performance index over the time horizon. A neural network (NN) is used in this paper as the predictive model.

In this paper, a mathematical model and a controller for a DC motor are developed for the construction of an in-wheel motor. In-wheel motors can be used in hybrid electric vehicles to provide traction force of front or rear wheels. The model identification is achieved using a simple and low cost data acquisition system. An Arduino Uno embedded board system is used to collect data from sensors to a computer and for control purposes. Data processing is performed using Matlab/Simulink. Validations of the devel oped mathematical model and controller performance are carried out by comparing simulation and experimental results. The results obtained show that the mathematical model is accurate enough to assist in speed controller design and implementation.

Multivariable systems exhibit complex dynamics because of the interactions between input variables and output variables. In this paper an approach to design auto tuned decentralized PI controller using ideal decoupler and adaptive techniques for controlling a class of multivariable process with a transmission zero. By using decoupler, the MIMO system is transformed into two SISO systems. The controller parameters were adjusted using the Model Reference Adaptive reference Control. In recent process industries, PID and MRAC are the two widely accepted control strategies, where PID is used at regulatory level control and MRAC at supervisory level control. In this project, LabVIEW is used to simulate the PID with Decoupler and MRAC separately and analyze their performance based on steady state error tracking and overshoot.

Tracing the root cause of a performance issue requires a lot of patience, experience, and focus. It’s so hard that we sometimes attempt to guess by trying out tentative fixes, but that usually results in frustration, messy code, and a considerable waste of time and money. This talk explains how to correctly zoom in on a performance bottleneck using three levels of profiling: distributed tracing, metrics, and method profiling. After we learn to read the JVM profiler output as a flame graph, we explore a series of bottlenecks typical for backend systems, like connection/thread pool starvation, invisible aspects, blocking code, hot CPU methods, lock contention, and Virtual Thread pinning, and we learn to trace them even if they occur in library code you are not familiar with. Attend this talk and prepare for the performance issues that will eventually hit any successful system. Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) is the most popular style of large language model application to emerge from 2023. The most basic style of RAG works by vectorizing your data and injecting it into a vector database like Milvus for retrieval to augment the text output generated by an LLM. This is just the beginning. One of the ways that we can extend RAG, and extend AI, is through multilingual use cases. Typical RAG is done in English using embedding models that are trained in English. In this talk, we’ll explore how RAG could work in languages other than English. We’ll explore French, Chinese, and Polish.
