	East Asia Rich mineral deposits (except Japan) Crop - rice is the most important crop  	- wheat the 2nd most important  	- beets, cabbage, potatoes 	- fruits: grapes, pears, peaches Animals - water buffalo, donkey, horse 	- camel, goat, cow
