Employee Handbook Agreement
The undersigned employee hereby acknowledges that he/she has received a copy of the
Employee Handbook for { }.
The employee further understands and agrees that:
• the handbook is intended to be a general guide to the rules, policies and procedures of { }
and is not an employment agreement or a guarantee of employment.
• the employee is an at-will employee, meaning that both the employee and the Company
may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance
notice. The employee’s at-will status can only be changed through a written employment
contract that is authorized and signed by the Company President. Any oral statements,
promises, or other contracts are hereby deemed invalid.
• The Company reserves the right to make changes to the employment handbook without
prior notice.
Employee Statement
I acknowledge receipt of the Company’s employee handbook and understand that it is up to
me to read and familiarize myself with its contents. I have read and understood all of the
above information, and I acknowledge my at-will employment status.
