 Which One Would You Choose?
Some coffee shops you order,
    pay and get seated
The cost comes before the benefit
The cost comes before the benefit
             This is a fixed policy
The customer divides the benefit over cost
 If the benefit is very minor it magnifies
We made sure the add triggers people
emotionally and prompts them to act.
The ad resulted in
important increase of sales
The company realized an infinite benefit
We won the trust of the international firm.
Not surprising we handle all the
firm’s promotional activities
That is to say desire is the
precursor to acting
The client get something at zero cost
By the time he pays for the ads the customer
      has already reaped the benefits.
A variation of this policy is to charge a
  fixed percentage of the bill and the
 remaining amount will be paid by the
client in parallel to the benefit he gets.
The only condition is that people
  have to state why they were
 unhappy or partially satisfied.
Result : complaints improved
services and more than 90% of
   clients pay the bill in full
Go where the pain is magnified
The benefit will be greatly appreciated
One example is my idea to a pharmaceutical
company to put dispensing machines filled
with tablets for headaches at places where
        people need them the most
Big pain
     with cheap tablets


The benefit is great
It is not fixed
or variable as
 much as it is
adaptation to
 the needs of
  customers
