April 2011
                  From the Director’s Desk

C ongratulations to all of you for Team India's victory in the World Cup
finals & the history has been created again after 28 years.

As the financial year 2010-11 draws to a close, it is time to take stock of the
year gone by and plan for the next financial year. Last financial year
presented unique growth opportunities to enhance our geographic
presence, though the business environment was tough overall. Ms. Sonia Nagpal

This year was particularly instrumental as we navigated through our third
year of operations, re-aligned our business strategy to enhance the business partner support framework.
We are making strategic shifts to make the best possible use of the opportunities that lie ahead of us.

For the coming financial year, we would like to enhance our network through 75 new centers. Existing
business partners can also participate in enhancing our network presence, by taking charge of their
territories through District Master Franchise (DMF) program.

Franchise Support has a new meaning with new empowered support teams who have CRMs/ERPs,
advanced ticket tracking tools to track and work with business partners. Their success lies in working
with sales team and business partner teams to meet the joint goals. I would like to lay the importance of
nurturing relationship with business partners whose growth is important for the growth of our
organization.

Constant improvement is one of the key mantra for us. Hence, constant measurement of the progress is
the key for us to remain on track for achieving organizational objectives. This helps to keep projects on
course and helps to spot ways to improve the development process itself. Our new performance
metrices would help to measure how we are performing and would help to force us to think differently. It
would pull us out from our comfort zones and would help and strike a balance between good planning
and good execution.

Hope we would imbibe this with our cultural values to build our corporate culture which would be:

> Intensity to excel – Make customers successful, excel through innovation and team work
> Unyielding Integrity – Deliver on commitments and be fair in actions

I would like to thank you all for all the support and enthusiasm shown during the last financial year and
hope to get the same support in the new financial year. Let us all work together to make our company a
partner of choice for all our clients and business partners.

         YOUR
Is that a question that’s constantly keep running on your mind.
Everybody wants to come into the limelight in his or her office &
the first step to do so is to Impressing your Boss & attracting his/her attention
towards you. But to mark an impression into your boss’s mind is not an easy task to perform. But few
tips can definitely help you out in this:

> Be On Time Every Day
Being late consistently will certainly get you noticed. It will also get you fired if you're not careful. By
showing up on time every day, you give the impression that you respect your boss's time as well as the
impression that you take your job seriously.
> Take Initiative
If you see something that needs to be done, do it. Don't wait for your boss to tell you to do it unless it is
something that requires his or her approval.
> Find Solutions to Problems
Don't go to your boss with a laundry list of work related problems or concerns you are having and expect
him or her to make it all better for you. Take some time to think about what ever issues you are dealing
with and come up with creative solutions. Then you can go to your boss with a plan for how to deal with the
situation.
> Walk the Talk
If you say you know how to do something or have experience with something, prove it. Don't brag about
your achievements or knowledge just for a pat on the back. Put that knowledge into action to benefit the
company and watch how quickly your boss takes notice.
> Be Organized
Many people think a messy desk is a sign of creativity. It could also be a sign of disorganization and
inability to manage priorities. Create an organized space to show those around you, including your boss,
that you have your work under control and you can handle whatever comes your way.
> Be Willing to Learn
Don't just do your 8 hours and leave. Show your willingness to learn more about the company or your
industry by requesting to take professional development classes, job specific classes or seminars or
openly discuss books you've been reading on the subject.
> Don't be a Yes Man (or Woman)
Your boss doesn't want to hear "yes" all the time. By agreeing with everything he or she says, you are
giving the impression that you cannot think for yourself. You may also come off as insincere.
> Do a Good Job
It may sound simple but doing a good job is one of the easiest ways to impress your boss. If your boss
sees that you are consistently doing a good job you will be recognized for it.

Start doing the above mentioned tricks
and you’ll get your appraisal letter very soon!!
Managing stress

Everybody wants to come into the limelight in his or her office & the first step to do so is to Impressing your Boss & attracting his/her attention towards you. But to mark an impression into your boss’s mind is not an easy task to perform. But few tips can definitely help you out in this: > Be On Time Every Day Being late consistently will certainly get you noticed. It will also get you fired if you're not careful. By showing up on time every day, you give the impression that you respect your boss's time as well as the impression that you take your job seriously. > Take Initiative If you see something that needs to be done, do it. Don't wait for your boss to tell you to do it unless it is something that requires his or her approval. > Find Solutions to Problems Don't go to your boss with a laundry list of work related problems or concerns you are having and expect him or her to make it all better for you. Take some time to think about what ever issues you are dealing with and come up with creative solutions. Then you can go to your boss with a plan for how to deal with the situation. > Walk the Talk If you say you know how to do something or have experience with something, prove it. Don't brag about your achievements or knowledge just for a pat on the back. Put that knowledge into action to benefit the company and watch how quickly your boss takes notice. > Be Organized Many people think a messy desk is a sign of creativity. It could also be a sign of disorganization and inability to manage priorities. Create an organized space to show those around you, including your boss, that you have your work under control and you can handle whatever comes your way. > Be Willing to Learn Don't just do your 8 hours and leave. Show your willingness to learn more about the company or your industry by requesting to take professional development classes, job specific classes or seminars or openly discuss books you've been reading on the subject. > Don't be a Yes Man (or Woman) Your boss doesn't want to hear "yes" all the time. By agreeing with everything he or she says, you are giving the impression that you cannot think for yourself. You may also come off as insincere. > Do a Good Job It may sound simple but doing a good job is one of the easiest ways to impress your boss. If your boss sees that you are consistently doing a good job you will be recognized for it. Start doing the above mentioned tricks and you’ll get your appraisal letter very soon!!
