This document summarizes a study on customers' perceptions of the skills and training needs of frontline managers at Indian power distribution companies. A questionnaire was distributed to 500 customers who rated 30 attributes related to manager performance and training requirements. Cronbach's alpha confirmed the survey's reliability. Results found customers perceive some attributes positively and others negatively in terms of manager skills and training. The study aims to help distribution companies understand customer views to improve manager training and better meet customer expectations.
