1. The French Rock Maybe you do not know but the French rock is not dead! Many French bands sing rock music. So here is a brief introduction of some of these artists.

2. Noir Désir « Noir Désir », in English « Black Desire », is a French rock band, formed in 1980. It is composed of 4 musicians : one singer, one guitarist, one drummer, one bass player. This is a group that enjoyed great success in the 90s and remains one of the best French rock band. Here, “L’homme pressé”:

3. Indochine Indochine is a french rock band formed in 1981. It is composed of 6 musicians : one singer, two guitarists, one bass player, one drummer, one pianist. Its songs are well known and particularly “J’ai demandé à la lune”, in English “I asked the moon” Here, “Alice & June”

4. AaRON AaRON is a melancholy French rock band but whose lyrics are often English. It is composed of two people both singers and musicians. They are known for their song “U-turn Lili”, here :

5. Saez Saez, named the singer and musician Damien Saez, is a band of diverse music that sings rock music often including the albums “Jours étranges” (in English “Strange Days”) and “J’accuse” (“I accuse”) in which he denounced the capitalist political and commercial society.
