To post to a LinkedIn Company Page from Hootsuite, click the gear icon when hovering over the LinkedIn Company Page in Hootsuite. Select Settings and connect the page by providing the email and password of the page manager. Then compose messages in Hootsuite and select the LinkedIn page to post updates directly to the Company Page.

2. Click on this icon at top left corner

3. It displays the hootsuite username.
Here it is my name (Venkatachalam)

4. You can see your Company page at Linkedin.

5. When you move your mouse over the Linkedin
Company page, you can see the gear icon. Click on
it and you can see a menu.
Select Settings.

6. Click on the button showing
Connect with Linkedin .

7. Provide the email id and
password of the person, who
has managing rights for this
Page.
Click on the button with the
text,
Allow access.

8. Now you can compose a message and click on Send Now button.
Of course, you have to select the linkedin page and other pages
which you can see on the right side of the composing window.
