A step by step approach 10 Make it easy to contribute and access the community’s knowledge and practices Create forums for thinking together as well as systems for sharing information Create real dialogue about cutting edge issues and information Some of the key basic elements to consider: Find a well-respected community member to coordinate/facilitate the community. Make sure people have time and encourage participation. Get key thought leaders involved. Develop an active passionate core group. Build personal relationships among community members. Create a value for each and every user, in their participation in the community.
