- 15. Listening Communication is a two-way process. One Person is speaking and one person is listening. There are two kind of listeners , passive and active, most of the people are passive. A person speaks about 125 to 150 words, while individuals can listen at a rate of 400 words per minute. After two weeks listeners can remember 25 % of inattentive listening.
