1. The Winnipeg Zoo - Manitoba, Canada
We went to the Winnipeg Zoo while we were in Canada. They were very inexpensive to get in. It was
$4.25 per adult $3.00 per youth. Not bad for a day at the zoo.
I just realized how many pictures I have from the zoo, so I will be breaking this into two posts.
Enjoy~
This was our greeter at the zoo, there were many gophers running about!
4. This Donkey was braying to beat the band, I even captured him in mid-bray~
Some sort of cow at the Winnipeg petting zoo area
5. I saw Dan at the Winnipeg Zoo, I wanted to ask him why he was there, but he was too busy taking a
nap to talk to me~
We had lunch at the zoo cafe. I ordered the Chicken Wrap this is how it arrived
6. a pretty bird~
I loved the reindeer in the petting zoo area. I was able to pet his furry, soft antlers.
7. a free-range peacock. Every zoo I have been to has a peacock running around....do they not do well
in cages, or do they just like to live roam at the zoo's?
This pretty bird wouldn't look at me, but I still thought he was cute
8. This duck made eye contact with me, isn't he cute?
My 1st pelican!
9. I don't remember what this animal is~
A beuatiful eagle at the Winnipeg, Manitoba Zoo
10. I tried to get good pictures through the fences all around~
Isn't he majestic, even though the poor guy has a small enclosure.
11. Buffalo, including a rare white albino one.
I hope you enjoyed coming along on my visit to the Winnipeg, Manitoba Canadian Zoo! Remember,
