Content creation can be difficult for some. We are often overcome and paralysed by fear. I use this slide deck to break the cycle of fear for my clients and students.

2. What’s Holding Us Back?
Fear holds us back from being able to move forward and to learn
and do new things.
Our fears tend to be irrational but they are very real to us. We
fear things like:
– Failure
– Success
– What others think of us

4. Why Does This Happen?
The programs in our brains determine the success that we make
of things in life.
We need to reprogram our brains about fear and our attachment
to outcome rather than living in the moment and enjoying the
process of getting there!

5. Can We Do Anything About It?
We can reprogram our brains through:
• Meditation
• Breathing Exercises
• We could even fake it and tough things out
But the best way to resolve these emotions is take a look at
them and see if they are actually valid. If you find that they aren't
valid then you just have to let go of them.

6. Now You Just Need to Take Action!
Top tips for tackling tasks, that seem like mountains to you:
• Acknowledge why you are panicking and let go of that feeling.
• Pull yourself up for feeling sorry for yourself.
• If you feel that what you are taking on is too much, break it
down into smaller steps and tasks.
• Make lists of what you want to accomplish and set time
frames around them.
• Only do the things that are important or necessary don't get
bogged down in irrelevant details.
