1) to support the professional and
institutional development of tertiary
agricultural education, with focus on
doctoral education, at
universities/research organizations in
Africa; and
2) to strengthen the process of
internationalization of doctoral education
at SLU.

Part 1: Joint development of transferable skill courses for doctoral students and
workshops for senior staff together with Makerere university.
Part 2: Thematic subject courses connected to current research cooperation
between SLU and African universities/research organizations.
Part 3: Teachers exchanges with universities/organizations connected to the
SLU Global themes
