Fort McMurray wildfires
Our response
• We provided customers with support and emergency financial
assistance, as needed, including temporary relocation.
• Due to diligent planning, we were able to set up a fully
operational service centre in Fort McMurray within two days of
re-entry.
• We are working with brokers, following up with our customers,
and coordinating with vendors to secure building material and
labour.
